Zoom Fatigue

Give yourself a 2-5 minute reset between meetings.
They will wait for you.

Turn the camera off. Turn off the sounds.
Get up out of your seat.
DO something to activate your breath - change your internal chemistry.

Stretch and do jumping jacks or run in place; dance to a favorite upbeat song, go outside and feel the air on your skin.

If you are unable to leave your seat, reach up to the sky, stretch long and tall, lift one foot off the ground, push the other into the floor - switch feet - breathe.

Notice any shifts.

Now. With your activated breath, allow for intentional stillness.
Focus on something beautiful and alive.
A plant, flowers, tree, a baby, your dog/cat/fish, the sky.
Take a deep breath of this beauty - close your eyes for a second.

Continue to see the beauty with your eyes closed.
Say, thank you. Aloud. Smile from your heart.

Open your eyes.
Agree with yourself to lead with that beauty, to lead with your light.

Turn the camera back on and begin again.
Do this multiple times per day.
