"Chatgpt" "Open AI"
I think it can be useful, but here is what I know for sure -- In a moment of truth (like needing to tell a family member their relative is sick and dying for instance) -- deep, face-to-face, heart-to-heart, real-life stuff -- AI fails. Every time. It lacks depth, nuances, and a deeper human understanding. It doesn't know why a hug from your grandma is all you need to feel right -- it doesn't feel.
It doesn't know what to do in with the sweet sound of silence or a belly laugh or a cry from the depths of your soul.
It doesn't know what it means to be scared to do something and doing it anyway. It doesn't know what it feels like to get red in the face out of embarrassment and find the words anyway.
Over use AI and you will lose yourself.
At some point, the road to perfection will strip you of your inherent beauty and you will be exposed as the Emperor/Emperess wearing no clothes.
Dare to be different; dare to not know; dare to go deeper; Allow yourself to be less than perfect, to say the wrong thing, and to say it poorly; have an opinion that is entirely your own. Let go of the "shoulds" and "should nots". Speak up. Fearlessly. Support others who do the same. Help those still finding their confidence or breath to speak past the voices that tell them how.
Ask questions of other living breathing people.
Talk to your elders. Sit with them as they tell you stories of their lives.
Have many experiences - Many different types of friends.
Learn from each other.
Stay curious. Think deeper.
Do a random act of kindness for someone. Let it be a sincere offering. Be kind to those who can do nothing for you. Don't need others to know what you did. Build that muscle. Expand your energetic field.
Honor your wisdom voice.
This is your superpower.
You are unique and precious and can't be copied.
Let us honor this truth in ourselves and others.
Can't hurt, might help.
